Where small dancers find their rhythm.
Small-batch Bharatanatyam for children in Kochi. Sanam's Bani, Guru, and neighbourhood details will be confirmed before launch.

Three careful stages, from first step to repertoire
Children begin with posture, rhythm, and listening before moving into the traditional Margam. Each class level is small enough for Sanam to see every foot, hand, and expression.
Foundations
Pravesika
The first steps. Aramandi posture, basic adavus, and a love for rhythm — built patiently, in small groups.

Margam (Junior)
The traditional repertoire begins. Alarippu, Jathiswaram, Shabdam — and the first taste of abhinaya.

Senior
The senior repertoire. Varnam, Padam, Thillana — and the patient work toward an Arangetram.

Small batches, capped at six
Young dancers need correction before habits settle. Small groups give Sanam room to teach each child by name.
Taught by Sanam herself
Parents meet the same teacher every week, never a junior instructor or a rotating substitute.
Every student performs
The annual natyarangam gives even the youngest Foundations student a dignified stage moment.
Disciplined, never harsh
The class expects focus and respect, while keeping each child's confidence intact.
A stage every child can grow towards
Every Tiny Thalams student performs at our annual natyarangam. Foundations dancers present a short item; senior students dance their full repertoire. Families, friends, and grandparents are warmly welcomed.
"The concert is planned as a calm, family-centred milestone, not a competition."

"I want children to feel the discipline of Bharatanatyam without losing the joy that brought them into the room."
Parent testimonials will appear here after the first term is under way and consent has been collected.
